OnePlus has officially set the date for its next major product reveal, announcing that its flagship OnePlus 15 will launch on October 27 in China. 

The event, which will also see the unveiling of the high-performance OnePlus Ace 6, is slated to commence at 7 PM local time. 

This joint debut marks an exciting push by the company to solidify its position in the premium smartphone segment.

The highly anticipated OnePlus 15 is confirmed to be one of the first devices to feature the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, promising a substantial leap in performance. 

Complementing this next-gen processor is a 1.5K OLED display with a blazing-fast 165Hz refresh rate, designed to offer an ultra-smooth and immersive visual experience. 

Leaks also suggest the flagship will house a massive 7,000mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 50W wireless charging, making it a true power champion.

The accompanying device, the OnePlus Ace 6, is generating its own buzz and is widely expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus 15R for international markets. 

It is tipped to feature a slightly larger 7,800mAh battery with an even faster 120W wired charging support, focusing on extreme endurance and rapid top-ups. 

The Ace 6 is also rumored to pack a high-refresh-rate 1.5K BOE OLED screen and may share the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with its premium counterpart.

While the October 27 event is for the Chinese market, global enthusiasts can expect the OnePlus 15 to make its way to international shores shortly thereafter, with an Indian launch possibly slated for the end of the year. 

The OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 are currently listed for pre-reservation on various Chinese e-commerce platforms, setting the stage for a competitive holiday season in the flagship smartphone space.
