Realme GT 5 will get a Pro-XDR display. The display is said to be a 6.74-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels. It is also expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. The Pro-XDR display is a new technology from OPPO that is said to offer a wider dynamic range and higher brightness than traditional OLED displays. This will make the display more vibrant and lifelike, especially when viewing HDR content.
The design of the Realme GT 5 has also been revealed ahead of launch. The phone will have a pill-shaped cutout for the front camera in the top center of the display. The back of the phone is made of glass and has a triple-camera system in the top left corner. The camera system is said to consist of a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor.
The Realme GT 5 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and will have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is also expected to have a 5000mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
The Realme GT 5 is expected to be launched in China in September 2023. There is no word yet on when it will be launched in other markets.
