Indian smartphone maker Lava has launched its latest budget 5G smartphone, the Blaze 2 5G, in India. The phone succeeds the Lava Blaze 5G, which was launched last year. The Lava Blaze 2 5G comes with a new design, a glass back, and a more powerful processor, all at a starting price of Rs. 9,999.
Lava Blaze 2 5G Specifications
The Lava Blaze 2 5G features a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor, which is a rebranded Dimensity 700. The phone comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which can be expanded further using a microSD card.
On the camera front, the Lava Blaze 2 5G has a 50MP rear camera with an LED flash. There is also an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security and comes with a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

The Lava Blaze 2 5G is available in three colors: Glass Black, Glass Blue, and Glass Lavender. It is priced at Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and Rs. 10,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model. The phone will be available for purchase from Amazon India and Lava’s official website starting November 9.
